The Laser Star unit FAQ’s

We sell many thousands of units each year which are installed without drama at your home or place of work by our mobile VSIB accredited installers. Our units are reliable and of the thousands sold it is rare to have product failure. Less than one in a thousand units fails and this is usually at point of install so a new unit is fitted straight away.

If I need an installer to fit for me what happens?
Each unit is sent out with fitters details/phone numbers for your area. Our fitters have been working with us for many years and are neat, reliable and tidy.

Does this system affect any other system on my car?
No, not at all. The unit is totally independent simply requiring a live and an earth connection.

What will I have inside the car?
No unsightly wires, just a single LED and control switch, neat and discreet.

What will I see outside the car?
There is very little to see. The unit is usually recessed and the lens is narrow. This needs line of sight but can be set backwards out of sight.

Can the system be moved from car to car ?
Yes it can be deinstalled and reinstalled. Many of our fleet customers simply arrange this as and when required
